Coworker: so... our team has weekly status synch ups... and our lead makes us draw a picture of how we feel...
I wasn't sure what he meant, so I probed for more.
Coworker: it's like.. draw me a picture and tell me how u feel
Coworker: for example, XXXX was talking about being a banana.. being all hard on the outside... but being soft and delcious on the inside
